Scaff...I'm not sure I understand the question. Scaffolding is used to perform work on all kinds of buildings. By 'important', I believe you mean landmarks or government buildings, right? When I posted these photos, I was in an area of the city where there are many of both of those kinds of buildings. But there are hundreds (if not thousands) of ordinary buildings in NYC right now that are covered with this type of scaffolding and sidewalk protection. Hope that answers your question.
